My name is Richard (Dick) MacPherson, a member of the Middleton (MA)Lions Club for 38 years. Last year my Journey For Sight walk was the Appalachian Trail. I hiked from Georgia to Maine, taking six months from start to finish. I visited some Lions Clubs along the trail. This year I plan to hike the Pacific Crest Trail from the Mexican border through to Canada. It should take about the same amount of time. I will start my walk on April 15 2009.
